HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Reserve, LA is looking for a Field Operations Manager IS to join their safety conscious team! The Field Operations Manager IS, is responsible to manage an assigned Service Center, including organizing, planning, and coordinating day to day operations, and planning and coordinating with staff members from sales and logistic functions to ensure projects meet cost and customer expectations.

                                                                                                  Position Type: Full-Time (with Benefits)
                                                                                            Work Environment: Industrial, outdoor setting
                                                                                                       Work Location: Reserve, LA
                                                             Work Schedule:  40 Hour work week plus routine after hour phone calls & scheduling
                                                                                                                    Travel: 25%

Key Responsibilities: 

• Interact with the client base in an area, including site visits, telephone and email inquiries, providing clients with specific information as to their requirements in the form of cost, procedures, practices, and our trained personnel.
• Interact with all divisions of Clean Harbors to best suit client requirements.
• Provide daily costs for client.
• Maintain “best in class” performance of each employee, associated product line equipment, and service center location.
• Responsible for Health & Safety / Compliance as it relates to the Technical Service employees.
• Determine adequacy of present levels of service and recommends service adjustments or corrective action.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring and career paths of employees within region.
• Organize equipment and personnel to meet the needs of the client.
• Responsible for inventory required.
• Assist with budgets providing information regarding forecasting.
• Responsible for the utilization of equipment and personnel

What does it take to work for Thompson Industrial? 

• High School specialized training or 1 year college
• 5 to 7 years of experience
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
