What the Field Manager at The Maids will be doing:

• Plan and conduct new employee orientation, benefit explanation and safety training
• Lead training of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System
• Maintain The Maids standard of quality through quality assurance inspections and training
• Manage the customer relationship including the resolution of customer grievances and conflicts
• Conduct in-home quotes for service
• Prepare monthly supply and equipment inventory reports
• Manage the inspection and maintenance of vehicles and other equipment
• Responsible for the daily preparation of Team staffing & scheduling, including customer notifications & requests
• Assist Operations Manager in determining staffing requirements and recruiting efforts

• Ability to motivate, develop and direct people
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of business and management principles involving leadership and coordination of people and resources
• Experience with computers and the ability to operate office equipment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates degree and/or related on-the-job experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Supervisory experience and/or demonstrated supervisory potential preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous
