In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision, we are currently seeking Field Operations Manager for the East Region.

The position is responsible for driving distribution and volume growth of SMNA products within 7-Eleven stores in the assigned geography and support nationally.

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Manage 7-Eleven Corporate Operations relationships and Franchise Owner Association (FOA) partnerships, supporting execution of programming, product distribution, and new product launches.
• Develop and strengthen consultative relationships to 7-Eleven Corporate Operations personnel and facilitate wiring between SMNA field sales and 7-Eleven operations to enhance communication and execution within stores.
• Support of 7-Eleven FOA Trade Shows, Board Member Meetings, General Meetings and Events to enhance partnerships and increase sales volume.
• Support of 7-Eleven Corporate events including 7-Eleven Experience, Model Market Events, Market Sales Rallies within geographical assignment.
• Work closely with Retail Team to ensure field sales teams are proficient with 7-Eleven’s store systems and terminology via in-field training and consistent communication. Deliver on-going regional support through field market visits with SMNA retail team personnel and regular quarterly updates to Swedish Match Region Retail Leadership.
• Develop sales tools and processes that lead to insights and actions.
• Develop and delivery key customer presentations (business reviews, planning sessions, new item/programs), etc.) to 7-Eleven Corporate Operations call points and 7-Eleven FOA Leadership.
• Understand and utilize 7-Eleven C-Shopper data and MSA data to uncover opportunities. Effectively develop strategies and communicate opportunities for field sales teams to execute on.

Education, Job Skills, Qualifications & Specialized Knowledge

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years field sales or account management experience within the CPG industry.
• Strong planning, organization, leadership, analytical, and teamwork skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint required.
• Accomplished presentation skills, including the ability to develop and deliver effective fact-based presentations in a persuasive format.
• Experience with IRI, Nielsen, and MSA a plus.
• Prior experience calling on 7-Eleven / Speedway stores is a plus.

The starting salary range for this position is between $66,200 - $88,200. This position is eligible to receive an annual incentive based on regional performance.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Starting pay will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. These factors could result in a starting pay that is higher than the salary range listed.
