Field Operations Supervisor jobs in Bronx, NY

• Coordination of subcontractors in multiple locations.
• Oversite of quality control for all installations performed by field staff including building codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding lighting technologies and other Energy Efficiency measures.
• Reconciling project equipment orders with warehouse management & other team members as needed.
• Coordinating with program scheduler or scheduling field installs, performing pre, in-process, and post installation reviews for crew, ensuring work is performed safely and handling customer visits for complaint resolution.
• Closing out projects with customers and collecting payment.
• Managing and hiring a field team and conducting performance reviews.
• Attending team meetings as needed and taking a lead role in resolving customer complaints.
• Collaborating with field staff to share best practices and continually improve operations.
• Preparing or supporting project reporting for Wildan Management.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• At least two years experience in a lighting technology role.
• Knowledge/training in electrical and lighting construction technologies.
• Basic understanding of MS Suite.
• High School Diploma.
