Responsibilities

As a TULU Field Operator, you will:

1. Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of TULU services, including restocking units, cleaning items, and organizing supplies.

2. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on our machines and rental items.

3. Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and order replacements.

5. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities and inventory levels.

7. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures.

8. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.

9. Problem Solving: Identify and address issues that arise during service delivery or customer interactions.
