    Responsibilities

    As a Sales Manager, you will engage in a rewarding combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve substantial sales growth.
    • Developing actionable sales strategies and annual budgets that prioritize company goals.
    • Overseeing sales operations in various territories while coaching your team to implement effective sales techniques.
    • Collaborating with the Senior Vice President of Wholesale to create and execute customer-focused pricing strategies.
    • Crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our clientele, along with delivering insightful sales reports and leading training sessions.

    Required Skills

    To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

    • Over 5 years of relevant experience in commercial, PCO, and industrial lubricant sales.
    • A minimum of 3 years in a sales management capacity.
    • Previous exposure to the oil and gas industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, both written and verbal.
    • Basic mathematical proficiency for various calculations such as discounts, commissions, and profit/loss analysis.
    • A willingness to travel within the region as required.

    Qualifications

    While a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates displaying significant industry experience will also be considered.
