Field Service Rep. - Electro/Mechanical Equip. jobs in Fort Myers, FL

Raymond Building Supply is the area's leading Building Material Supplier in Southwest Florida. We are looking for a full-time Install Service Field Rep to join our North Fort Myers team! Raymond Building Supply is a division of US LBM Holdings.

Wage: Between $39,520.00 - $57,200 annually depending on overtime. Any additional overtime hours are between 5-10 hours and paid time and a half.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. Home every night.

How you will spend your day as a Window Install and Service Lead:

• Responsible for ensuring that our installation services of trim, millwork and windows is done in accordance with code and customer expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring products installed per manufacturer's best practices
• Overseeing assigned builder installations, activities, and crews in the field
• Monitoring performance with assigned builders and in all communities

Window Install and Service Lead Requirements:

• Experience. Knowledge of building supply, millwork, trim and window products, customer service experience is required.
• Physical. Ability to lift up to 100lbs on a repetitive basis, will be working in all weather conditions.
• Skills. Knowledge of window and installation of materials is required.
