Join Our Team as a Field Service Support Specialist! 🛠️🚚

Are you ready to take your sales and customer service skills to the next level? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want you to be part of our team at American Crane! 🌟

Position Overview: As a Field Service Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 💼💬

Qualifications: 🎓💻📞

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills with the flexibility to handle inquiries during non-traditional hours
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in sales and understanding of overhead crane operation preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required 

Key Responsibilities:📝🔍💼

• Pursue and close sales opportunities, following up on proposals until an order is secured
• Develop and execute marketing strategies within the sales territory
• Prepare and present proposals and estimates to prospective customers
• Conduct sales calls, both cold and by appointment, including telemarketing when necessary
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster future business opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between customers and company leadership as needed
• Provide project support and management to ensure timely completion and within budget 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:🌞🚗💪

• Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime
• Comfortable working at varying heights and in outdoor weather conditions
• Extensive travel required, including driving long distances
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
