Field Service Supervisor jobs in Elk Grove, CA
Field Service Supervisor oversees field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. Schedules and trains field service representatives. Being a Field Service Supervisor responsibilities also include maintaining offices and facilities including ensuring inventory is fully stocked. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Field Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. JOB SUMMARY
- Report to Service Manager
- Supervise multiple service crews
- Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
- Planning jobs for service crews
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
- Daily communications with the customer
- Planning and executing a successful project
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
- Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- 3 year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
- Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems

The hourly wage range for this position is $24 - $35 depending on experience.
