Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out efficiently and safely

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and changes in scope

- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities, including daily reports, change orders,Submittals, and RFIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials

- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team of workers

- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Experience with construction estimating and quality control processes

- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
