Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customers in a professional manner
• Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
• Educate customers on all product offering including loan options and insurance products
• Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls
• Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent (required)
• Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition
• Prior experience in customer service or sales industry (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
