Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Finance Manager to support the Global Procurement organization. This role will lead the various finance activities related to global procurement to support the delivery of the supply chain organization’s goals and initiatives.

The Finance Manager for Global Procurement will lead a high performing finance team responsible for the financial planning and analysis for procurement with an annual direct and indirect spend of ~$2B. Responsibilities will include the financial analysis and oversight of various commodities, hedging, and procurement activities. Additionally, the role is responsible for the leadership, growth, and development of a high performing procurement finance team which includes two analysts. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The candidate also must possess the ability to build strong, collaborative business partnerships across the organization.

Location: Bradenton, FL (Hybrid)

Additional responsibilities include:

• Finance lead to the global procurement team supporting the delivery of business results
• Support the global procurement and fruit operations functions in the development of the annual operating plan, standard cost setting for all packaging and ingredients, and by providing timely insights into operational results and trends.
• Lead input cost planning and forecasting, OJ accounting and reporting, by-products and PPV.
• Support the procurement team on all direct and indirect spend management and cost savings initiatives.
• Provide proactive insights and awareness of spending commitments driving focus on cash flow.
• Lead monthly/quarterly commodity updates, procurement scorecards, and dashboards.
• Provide financial support for commodities hedging and reporting to leadership.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting to senior leadership ensuring a high degree of accuracy and business insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operations and deliver Supply Chain Transformation initiatives.
• Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies.
• Ability to structure and prioritize tasks and focus team efforts in a fast-paced, results-driven, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Lead and develop a best-in-class high performing global procurement finance team.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Professional Experience / Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA a plus
• 5-7 years in finance or accounting, CPG experience a plus
• Procurement finance, cost accounting, and inventory finance experience required
• Experience in SAP or Oracle. Power BI a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely versatile in fast-paced ambiguous environment with drive for results
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives in a fast-moving environment
• Possess a strong sense of urgency and drive for results
• Inquisitive and critical thinker with the ability to drive thought leadership
