Finance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of finance professionals. Oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization. Being a Finance Supervisor monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Finance Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Finance Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Finance Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. General Purpose:
Ensures that quality accounting services, financial reporting and analysis, and oversight are provided to managed properties and their constituencies. This is an in-office position based in the Troon Bradenton office .
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, 8-10 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior management/supervisory experience highly valued.
