Finance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of finance professionals. Oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization. Being a Finance Supervisor monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Finance Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Finance Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs.     The Account Manager Level I for Champion Auto Finance, Inc., the lending institution for Randash Auto (a Buy Here Pay Here dealership), requires a blend of financial acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development for goal achievement. Responsibilities include ensuring meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and proficient handling of a broad spectrum of customer accounts, all while maintaining a deep understanding of protocols and adherence to established procedures. Successful candidates will contribute to the overall success of the company by managing accounts, fostering positive customer relationships, promoting customer success, and actively pursuing personal, professional and team development.

    Objectives:

    Collections:

    • Monitoring and managing delinquent accounts.
    • Implementing collection strategies to recover overdue payments.
    • Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.

    Reporting:

    • Providing regular reports to management on account performance.

    Compliance:

    • Ensuring compliance with relevant BHPH regulations.

    Customer Relations:

    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
    • Providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
    • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

    Communication:

    • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and service to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues, superiors, and customers.

    Documentation:

    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts.
    • Ensuring proper documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

    Risk Management:

    • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with customer accounts.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
    • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills.

    Training and Education:

    • Staying informed about industry best practices and advancements.
