Are you looking for a summer job in a professional work setting?  We are needing a friendly and upbeat Customer Service Representative that is available to work Monday - Friday, from May until August (can be flexible on start and end dates for students, but need someone consistently throughout the summer months).

Responsibilities include: 

• Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer needs providing solutions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner
• Effectively complete the application process, UCC process and customer correspondence; accept additional administrative duties
• Process consumer payments
• Consistently and accurately document consumer calls immediately following the call
• Support the contractor account teams as needed

Education/Experience: Enrolled in a two-year or four-year college or university
