Finance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of finance professionals. Oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization. Being a Finance Supervisor monitors the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Finance Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Finance Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Job Description Summary
Transhealth seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations with a focus on general accounting, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), revenue cycle management, and the general fiscal health of the organization, including a disciplined regimen of financial reporting and analysis on key performance indicators. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging, fast paced, highly entrepreneurial business. The ideal candidate will be an experienced controller / accountant with a strong technical background in healthcare accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, and skilled financial analyst.
