Pay Range: $47,500.00 - $67,500.00 - $87,500.00
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct supervision to the Underwriting team, ensuring adherence to default servicing policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members to foster their development.
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance skills, streamline processes, and optimize overall performance.
- Monitor and track team performance according to company standards, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding daily goals, expectations, and any procedural updates.
- Deliver comprehensive training to ensure team members comply with default servicing requirements.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to continuously improve default servicing operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of mortgage servicing or comparable experience, including loss mitigation experience.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing a team of 5 or more.
- Advanced expertise in foreclosure procedures is required.
- Preferred: 5 years of understanding of Mortgage Servicing Regulation and Regulators.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end default mortgage servicing operations.
- Industrious, entrepreneurial, and driven personality.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals.
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
