Provide general counseling to students and families regarding the financial aid process and FAFSA completion, overview of financial aid offers, and general guidance on paying for college. Participates in financial aid outreach functions related to summer orientation, visit days, Welcome Week, etc. Assists with the general customer relations needs of the office, including phone and email response when necessary.
This is a temporary position anticipated to go through August 2024, with the possibilty of extension based on staffing needs.
Bachelors Degree required. Spring 2024 graduates will be considered. Degree must be conferred prior to start date.
Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills including public speaking experience required. Student experience will be considered.
Bilingual speaking skills preferred.
