    Job Summary
    The Financial Aid Credential Specialist Work Study will assist in the Financial Aid Credentials area. By doing so, they will scan completed financial aid forms, create/file the scanned financial aid forms into student’s folders, send out bulk financial aid correspondence, route completed forms to appropriate staff, pull/file folders for student appeals, and assist in other job duties assigned.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Retrieve and separate incoming mail
    • Scan completed financial aid forms
    • Create/file scanned financial aid forms in student folders
    • Open and forward returned mail
    • Send out bulk financial aid correspondence
    • Mail memos and incomplete forms back to students
    • Route completed forms to appropriate staff
    • Verify Selective Service registrations online
    • Pull/file folders for student appeals
    • Other duties as assigned

    Effective verbal and written communication skills
    Alphabetize correctly
