Position Overview
The Financial Aid department has a critical team of Financial Aid Specialists across the country who interact with potential and active students on a daily basis. Our Financial Aid Specialists serve as the point of contact to assist students and their families in navigating the complex world of financial aid. This team helps students understand and ensure they can afford and access the education they desire.
As a College Financial Aid Associate, your primary responsibility is to help students make informed decisions regarding their educational financing options with your expertise in financial aid programs, scholarships, grants, and loans. You’ll partner closely with Admissions, Student Success, and other internal teams.
This position reports to the director of Financial Aid.
