Job Summary/Basic Function | The Admissions and Financial Aid Assistant is responsible for supporting the Admissions and Financial Aid Departments. This position will process admission and dual enrollment applications and federal and state financial aid. The position will also provide clerical support to the Student Services personnel. |

Job Duty | Provide support to the Admissions Department, Financial Aid Department, Dual Enrollment and Early College Department, and other departments as needed. |

Job Duty | Assist with Dual Enrollment registration, email, and intake of dual enrollment documentation. |

Job Duty | Assist with entering data from various sources into SIS and related systems. |

Job Duty | Responsible for checking, responding to, and filing incoming communication (emails, phone calls, letters, faxes, etc.) |

Job Duty | Assist with outreach campaigns including retrieving data, mail merges, phone/text communication efforts and assemble and coordinate informational packets. |

Job Duty | Assist with scholarship processes including communication, review and rank of applications, and database report creation. |

Job Duty | Assist Financial Aid department with awarding state financial aid programs. |
