We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Chattanooga, TN, and possess a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis.

This position will collaborate with leadership to implement finance initiatives and develop infrastructure to scale the Company’s finance function across multiple entities and industries.

Responsibilities:

- Owns financial models and budgets across multiple entities.

- Plays a key role in managing cash flow and optimizing working capital to support operational

needs.

- Collaborate with leadership team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor

progress towards financial objectives.

- Deliver insightful monthly financial reporting packages with actionable and strategic

recommendations.

- Work closely with the leadership team on long-term planning and decision support.

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

- Highly analytical

- Excitement to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Prior experience in Media/Publishing is a plus

- Ability to simplify and present complex financial data
