Position Title: Manager Financial Clearance

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2 to 5 years of experience with computerized hospital, clinical, and financial systems
• 5 to 7 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting or related field

Overview: Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Manager Financial Clearance to provide oversight and direction for Financial Clearance Teams. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant Hospital Policies, Practices, and HIPAA regulations, as well as experience with computerized hospital, clinical, and financial systems. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role. US Citizenship or Green Card Holders only apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and direction for Financial Clearance Teams, managing pre-registration, insurance and benefit verification, prior authorization, and financial counseling supervisors for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Interact with all leaders of the service line for which the Manager is accountable (hospital and clinic), partnering with Payor Relations to identify payor issues and trends hospital-wide.
• Work collaboratively with individual departments, providers, and staff to support revenue cycle workflow and revenue affecting tasks.
• Monitor, benchmark, and analyze performance statistics to drive continuous improvement.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• 8 hours per day, Possible weekend requirements

Pay: $68,790.00 - $87,000.00 per year
