Accupac is hiring for a full-time Analyst, FP&A, to join our 1st shift at our Harleysville PA location. 

Analyst, FP&A Basic Job Functions: 

The Analyst, FP&A, is responsible for providing overall intermittent support on key projects and deliverables for the Director, FP&A. This role will require a partnership with manufacturing leadership to deliver KPI’s and key metrics. Additionally, the Analyst, FP&A will establish a template and approach for organizing departmental budgets, and format and establish a template for Monthly Business Review. The role requires alignment to key benchmarking, dashboarding, and analytics to drive business decisions.  

Analyst, FP&A Essential Function:  

• Resources critical data in Accupac systems and delivers comprehensive analysis to required division. 

• Supports and/or leads the budget, forecasting and reporting processes for P&L, balance sheet and capital as assigned. 

• Develops calendars and timelines, standard templates, and communications to and holds the key stakeholders accountable.  

• Supports the strategic and financial planning process for the business and identifies opportunities to drive Operating Cash Flow. 

• Provides support in the budget planning process including analyzing trends and providing tactical recommendations.  

• Generates reports to communicate FP&A activities to the manufacturing leadership, CEO and CFO. 

• Provides real time updates on performance, implications, and recommended actions. 

• Recommends target setting recommendations on sales and income.   

• Leads calculation and reporting on segment incentive program performance and payout.  

Analyst, FP&A Position Requirements: 

• 4 years of experience in a finance function with at least 3 years in FP&A roles 

• BA or BS 

• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities  

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills  

• Change agent with ability to effectively manage and drive impactful change across multiple sites and functions.  

• Strong process mindset and proven success in leading business initiatives to deliver process improvements. 

• Strong technical and financial knowledge.
