We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative/New Business Processor to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

The Role: Training Provided for the Right Candidate!

As a crucial member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the client experience. You will oversee the processing of new business applications and provide ongoing support to our existing clients. Your role is vital to our success, as you’ll be the expert behind the scenes, meticulously handling every detail of applications and paperwork, especially for fixed-index annuities and life insurance, to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process new client business and paperwork with a strong attention to detail.
• Act as the primary contact for account opening, servicing paperwork, and processing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
• Collaborate with our team to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about industry trends and internal processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance, particularly with fixed-indexed annuities, is a plus—but not required if you possess the right skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with paperwork and numbers.
• A team player with a reliable and coachable attitude.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
