  • Essential Job Functions:
    • Conduct detailed financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
    • Participate actively in the development and oversight of budgeting processes.
    • Undertake thorough analysis of financial data and construct financial models to aid in decision-making.
    • Prepare and present reports on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.
    • Engage in variance analysis, trend identification, and recommendations for performance enhancement.
    • Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure precise financial reporting.
    • Evaluate financial performance through comparative analysis of actual results against plans and forecasts.
    • Recommend actions based on detailed analysis and interpretation of data.
    • Spearhead process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
    • Enhance productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools.
    • Maintain and enhance the financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models.
    • Review and ensure the integrity of current financial systems.
    • Provide comprehensive system support to internal and external users.
    • Communicate regularly with IT suppliers and developers to resolve system issues.
    • Assist the IT team in the implementation of new systems, encompassing system requirements gathering, process development, testing, and user training and documentation.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    Required Minimum Qualifications:
    • Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
    • Work Experience: Between zero (0) to five (5) years of experience in finance, accounting, or information systems roles.
    • License/Certifications: N/A

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
      A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL), and the ability to make independent decisions.
      The candidate must be self-motivated, professional in demeanor, demonstrate leadership qualities, be adaptable to changing environments and conditions, capable of independent work, managing multiple tasks concurrently, and adhering to deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
