A solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL), and the ability to make independent decisions.
The candidate must be self-motivated, professional in demeanor, demonstrate leadership qualities, be adaptable to changing environments and conditions, capable of independent work, managing multiple tasks concurrently, and adhering to deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
