Your New Role

With everyday bringing a different challenge Survitec now has an exciting opportunity to bring on board a Financial Analyst based at our Sharon Centre office! This role comes with great development opportunities. You will provide analytical support to the finance function by preparing quantitative analysis to support business decisions. You will also develop, refine, and implement financial policies, plans and measures to safeguard and accurately report on the financial results of the business.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance indicators and analyse variances across various business functions.
• Support the development and improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and guidelines.
• Conduct analysis and modelling to support strategic investments and business cases.
• Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
• Assist managers with in-depth analysis activities and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare presentations for delivery to various boards and stakeholders.
• Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial processes and policies.

The Experience and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria

• Degree in a related Discipline
• Relevant experience in commercial finance environment
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Power BI and IFS desirable
