• Financial Analysis:
• Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and projections.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights and opportunities.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and variance analysis against actual results.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
• Data Management:
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to support financial analysis.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in compliance reporting and regulatory filings as required.
• Ad Hoc Projects:
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Take initiative to propose process improvements and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 years in a related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
