Responsibilities:
Monthly Financial Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports tailored for banks, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights into the company's performance.
Credit Facility Management:
- Manage draws and repayments on credit facility lines and our revolving capital line.
- Ensure optimal utilization of credit resources while maintaining financial stability.
Liquidity Forecasting:
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to develop and maintain a precise daily liquidity forecast.
- Proactively assess cash flow needs to support effective financial planning.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly origination and loan portfolio performance.
- Evaluate the impact of loan and investment performance on company financial metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to the CFO for informed decision-making.
Financial Modeling:
- Develop robust financial models for internal budgeting, forecasting monthly performance, and evaluating strategic opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to support the company's financial planning initiatives.
Special Projects and Process Improvement:
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested by the CFO, contributing to critical business decisions.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing financial processes and operational efficiency.
Deadline Management:
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision in all financial activities.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Expertise: Strong background in financial analysis and mathematical modeling is essential for success in this role.
- Capital Markets Interest: A background in financial services is desired but not required.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex financial challenges.
- Continuous Learning: A strong desire to learn from industry leaders and adapt to evolving financial practices.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail when preparing financial reports and models.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a problem solving Financial Analyst.
