A global tier-one supplier is seeking a Financial Analyst to help build a strong foundation for the company's next stage of growth. This role will report to the Americas CFO and partner closely with the executive management team to accelerate the company’s growth and catalyze a fast-growing global tech company in the automotive and electric vehicle space.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO in building financial planning processes, including forecasting, budget planning, modeling, and financial analysis best practices.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of financial models, staying on target with all financial projections.
- Facilitate the creation of quarterly and annual budgets.
- Forecast and manage cash flows, improving AR and inventory turnover to reduce burn rate.
- Develop reporting on key operational and financial metrics and work alongside the local CFO in creating processes to ensure metrics, business objectives, and KPIs are met.
- Report key financial metrics to the management team and investors monthly and quarterly.
- Implement and oversee various systems for cross-departmental reporting.
Requirements:
- 2 years of progressive, relevant experience.
- BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Ability to be execution and detail-oriented, while also seeing the strategic "big picture."

- Ability to pivot and work well in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to understand different business scenarios and quickly present outcomes and financial implications.
