Job Summary:

Duties:

- Manage office correspondence and communications
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Conduct data entry using computerized systems
- Utilize software for financial record-keeping
- Support administrative functions including proofreading documents
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Assist in managing office operations efficiently

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary or similar role
- Proficiency in computerized data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with financial record management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Google Suite for office productivity
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
