Job Description: We are seeking a meticulously organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide indispensable support to our Executive Team. The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role in coordinating client events, seminars, and trade shows, while also undertaking essential administrative responsibilities such as maintaining reports, handling data entry, and assisting executives in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain detailed reports, data, and comprehensive notes in Salesforce pertaining to advisors, clients, and employees.
· Conduct thorough audits of electronic files for accuracy and completeness.
· Serve as a valuable resource to department heads during the onboarding process of new employees, including approval of team members' weekly time sheets and PTO requests.
· Efficiently process sales kits and purchase order requests to ensure smooth operations.
· Conduct regular audits of electronic files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer skills.
· Ability to quickly adapt and learn new software programs as necessary.
