As Corporate Counsel you will consult and assist on commercial contract matters by drafting, negotiating, identifying issues, and partnering with stakeholders on the execution of a variety of commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and product and marketing reviews. This Corporate Counsel will support the business of Kount, an Equifax Company, and the other entities and units that make up Equifax's Digital Solutions (EDS) business unit.
This position will be located in Boise, Idaho
What you’ll do
Consult with EDS leaders, sales, and other stakeholders on customer facing transactions within the standard Equifax business and risk framework.
Execute, draft, and negotiate customer facing commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and other documents.
Concisely communicate issues and solutions to stakeholders and customers.
Provide pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions to complex legal and business challenges.
Work closely with the other members of the Equifax legal team.
What experience you need
Law degree from ADA accredited law school and membership in good standing of any state bar; State Bar of Idaho is preferred.
3 years of relevant experience, including drafting and negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements.
