Financial Associate (Public) jobs in Brandon, FL
Financial Associate (Public) gathers and interprets financial data and coordinates the process for the origination of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities or other municipal initiatives. Develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project, including bond ratings and insurance. Being a Financial Associate (Public) collaborates with public officials in analyzing the necessary bond and cash flow reports that are associated with the projects. Starts the offering process and may make recommendations to interested investors. Additionally, Financial Associate (Public) coordinates preparation of all offering documents. Manages the bond issuance process and assists with the offering. Depending on the size and level of project, responsibility may vary. May manage the entire project or only a portion of the deal. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Financial Associate (Public) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Flexibility and willingness to work some nights and weekends is strongly desired. With no set schedule you will have the freedom to work desired hours based on business needs and receive a weekday and weekend day off each week.
Candidate Job Requirements:- Fast Food, Retail and/or Hospitality experience is a PLUS!
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
- Possess strong communication skills & customer service experience/mindset
- Flexibility and willingness to work some nights and weekends is required.
- Be comfortable working on your feet. This is an active position and candidates must be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Have a High School Diploma/GED or at least 10 years management experience in lieu of GED or High School Diploma
- Have reliable transportation.
- Safe workplace for all by following all CDC Guidelines
