Financial Associate (Public) jobs in Salisbury, NC
Financial Associate (Public) gathers and interprets financial data and coordinates the process for the origination of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities or other municipal initiatives. Develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project, including bond ratings and insurance. Being a Financial Associate (Public) collaborates with public officials in analyzing the necessary bond and cash flow reports that are associated with the projects. Starts the offering process and may make recommendations to interested investors. Additionally, Financial Associate (Public) coordinates preparation of all offering documents. Manages the bond issuance process and assists with the offering. Depending on the size and level of project, responsibility may vary. May manage the entire project or only a portion of the deal. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Financial Associate (Public) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely and efficiently load rolls on the machine per roll handling procedures.
• Keep glue application and all machine settings adjusted as needed.
• Assist with filling out safety, quality, and production sheets to be turned in every shift.
• Assist stacker with keeping pallets caught up.
• Keep a clean and safe work area.
• Completely clean work area at the end of each shift.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Safety training a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Ability to read and write English is required.
• Ability to read a ruler is required.
• Heavy repetitive lifting for up to 10 hour shift.
• Good coordination to hang large rolls on the machine using Big Joe walk behind movers.
• Forklift experience would be a plus for pulling pallets of paper rolls from the warehouse.
• Clear communication.
• Good teamwork .
• Be willing to work 5 to 6 days a week as needed.
