Bill Smith Auto Parts is looking for a Financial Controller to join our growing team. Duties

• Use QuickBooks Online software, spreadsheets, and other databases to post up-to-date financial transactions
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements with high transaction counts
• Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable tasks
• Sales tax filings
• Maintain records, reconcile any discrepancies, create reports and financial statements, month-end closing
• Review, analyze, reconcile general ledger accounts

Requirements

• QuickBooks Experience required - QuickBooks Online preferred
• High attention to detail required, analytical and data skills preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - 5 years minimum
• Experience with sales tax - multi-state helpful
• Minimum 10 years' bookkeeping/accounting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
