High Focus Centers in Exton is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. At High Focus Centers in Exton we are currently seeking a Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals. Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials!)

Scope of Position & Technical Competency:

• Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient group therapy sessions, family support adjunctive services, and consistently offer 6-8 Level of Care Assessments per week as determined by program needs, and according to program standards.
• Maintain one aftercare Outpatient therapy group for clients stepping down to lower levels of care, according to program needs.
• Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff, according to program timelines.
• Attends meetings regarding client’s progress.
• Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
• Collects client co-pays.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education:

• Masters Degree in Human Services or related field
• Professional counseling experience working with adolescents
