Position Summary:

The Financial Accountant will support all aspects of the finance and accounting departments, including month-end close expense activities, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis impacting Marders business divisions as required by the finance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

3 to 5 years of related experience is required.

Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, experience working in a financial planning and analysis department

with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of Sage, Acumatica ERPs, and Salesforce preferred.   

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.  Salary range:  $70,000 to $100,000
