Financial Reporting Associate jobs in Chesterfield, MO

Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO. This position is not eligible for remote work.

The Financial Reporting Analyst position will provide you with an opportunity to utilize your technical expertise to assist your team members with accurate data reporting. This position is responsible for the creation, management and distribution of standard reports; development of complex reports; and supports reporting data from the statewide data mart and Department of Health and Senior Services Access databases.

• Creates, manages and distributes standard reports.
• Development of complex reports upon request.
• Analyzes and diagnoses report problems; develops possible solutions and implements the best solution.
• Conducts testing to ensure data quality.
• Consults with end users to gather business needs and reporting requirements
• Assists users with report development and data requests
• Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.).
• Effective written and oral communications.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Microsoft Access and Excel experience.
• Tableau experience preferred, but not required. Ability and willingness to learn Tableau are imperative.
