SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving organic growth. Your primary focus will be to educate prospective clients about the value Allworth can bring to their lives and help them determine if we are the right firm for them. If so, you will identify which of our highly skilled fiduciary financial advisors is best suited to help them attain their financial goals and then guide them through the onboarding process. You will be interacting with people throughout the United States across a variety of different lead channels. Talking points and sample scripts are available but successful team members internalize these tools so they can engage in organic conversations with people from all walks of life.

This is a Non-Exempt, full-time hybrid position in our Cincinnati, OH office with the hourly rate between $23.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience. The total compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $108,000 annually; this is inclusive of the base salary and variable compensation.
