Accounts Payable Specialist

Role Responsibilities- Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Accurate and timely data entry of AP vendor invoices in accordance with company procedures
• Align product invoices with online purchase orders and receiving details.
• process expense and freight invoices into the system and ensure they are properly coded and approved
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve invoice or payment-related issues
• Generate and execute weekly payments through check, ACH, and wire transfers.

Preferred Qualifications- Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Team player with strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal partners
• Working knowledge of Lawson/M3 is a plus
