Financial Systems Manager jobs in Clearwater, FL
Financial Systems Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the implementation and administration of the organization's financial systems. Oversees the daily operations of the department. Being a Financial Systems Manager researches financial record-keeping and reporting requirements, and ensures that systems are modified to meet these requirements. Creates processes and procedures to ensure best practices for financial systems are used throughout the organization. Additionally, Financial Systems Manager trains departmental staff as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Financial Systems Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Financial Systems Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Flexibility and willingness to work some nights and weekends is strongly desired. With no set schedule you will have the freedom to work desired hours based on business needs and receive a weekday and weekend day off each week.
Candidate Job Requirements:- Fast Food, Retail and/or Hospitality experience is a PLUS!
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
- Possess strong communication skills & customer service experience/mindset
- Flexibility and willingness to work some nights and weekends is required.
- Be comfortable working on your feet. This is an active position and candidates must be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Have a High School Diploma/GED or at least 10 years management experience in lieu of GED or High School Diploma
- Have reliable transportation.
- Safe workplace for all by following all CDC Guidelines
