Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing company efficiency, ensuring the production of high-quality products delivered punctually and at optimal costs. • Actively contribute to fostering a culture of lean manufacturing, striving to eliminate wastage from production processes. • Uphold a safe working environment, proactively identifying and addressing safety hazards while adhering to relevant state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• While experience in metalworking and/or manufacturing is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, a basic understanding of mechanical principles is essential.
• Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and seeks opportunities to broaden knowledge and skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and a strong team-oriented mindset.
