We are a growing financial services office in Juneau, Alaska seeking an individual interested in Financial Planning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others reach their financial goals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: ·
*Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families.
*Open new account applications following compliance and regulation standards.
*Develop and deliver planning agendas for lead advisors.
*Perform regular re-balances on client portfolios.
*Ensure regular office contact with clients.
*Ensure RMDs are satisfied on an annual basis.
*Identify and evaluate investment opportunities for clients.
*Monitor and review client portfolios
*Stay up to date with changing regulations and tax laws.
*Educate clients on financial strategies and concepts.
*Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements: ·
*Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or related field ·
*Relocate and work in Juneau, Alaska
*Required securities and insurance licenses, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
*Strong organizational and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Knowledge of financial products and services
*Professional credentials (CFP, ChFC, CPA, etc.), or desire to attain a plus
