Responsibilities:
Identify clients to engage or re-engage in planning relationships
Perform case analysis, develop recommendations, and create planning deliverables
Prepare for and participate in client meetings, present recommendations
Communicate regularly with clients according to agreed upon actions; maintain accurate client records
Monitor economy, markets, and world events to determine strategic rebalancing
Assess risk tolerance, goals, and timeframe to make recommendations
Develop product deliverables and persuade clients to act upon advice
Execute trades to align with proposed portfolio; conduct transactions on behalf of clients
Actively participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in business administration, Finance or related OR equivalent experience
2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or similar*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Positive attitude with willingness to learn, comfortable in small-team dynamic/atmosphere
*Assumed securities license (including SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or equivalents) and insurance
