Job Overview:

• We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Zumba fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and instructing fitness classes, providing guidance and motivation to participants, and ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. If you have a strong background in various fitness disciplines and enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Lead fitness classes in various disciplines such as Zumba, Zumba strong, and other Zumba programs.

- Develop and implement workout routines that cater to the needs and goals of participants

- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for exercises and movements

- Monitor participants' form and technique to ensure safety and prevent injuries

- Offer modifications and variations for exercises to accommodate different fitness levels

- Motivate and inspire participants to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals

- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere during classes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio or gym area

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology

- Certification in Zumba training or group fitness instruction preferred

- Experience in teaching or coaching fitness classes is highly desirable

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate participants

- Ability to adapt workouts for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations

- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
