We are a vibrant, internationally recognized fitness studio and we're on the hunt for a dynamic Customer service and Fitness Training Specialist to join our team. At Fitness Rx, we’re all about empowering our members through diverse classes like strength and conditioning, HIIT, and fitness kickboxing. (Don’t worry if you're new to kickboxing—we're excited to train the right candidate to become a stellar Fitness Rx instructor.)

Position Overview: As our Fitness Training Specialist, you’ll work alongside the Studio Manager to boost new membership sales, inspire new members through life-changing fitness classes, and drive sales of Fitness Rx apparel and products. A background in group fitness sales or fitness training is essential, but kickboxing experience is not required.

Requirements:

• Stellar sales prowess, outstanding communication, and top-notch customer service skills.
• A driven, goal-oriented attitude with a desire to achieve professional earnings.
• Fluent English and superior communication skills across all platforms.
• Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer skills and social media savvy.

Responsibilities:

• Master and implement our sales process from lead generation to membership enrollment.
• Offer engaging tours of our facilities, tailored to the needs and desires of potential members.
• Maintain a robust level of personal sales production.
• Promote and uphold our studio’s mission as a premier fitness and wellness provider.
• Present our range of services and products to current members to enhance their fitness journey.
• Schedule quality appointments to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Engage in community and business-to-business events to raise our studio’s profile.
• Constantly refine your selling and enrollment skills and take on new challenges within the studio.

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
