The Fixture Builder ensures jigs function appropriately with complex angles or contours. Assembles a variety of standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures and related tooling. Being a Fixture Builder designs and creates jig and fixture details and holding devices. Responsible for determining methods and sequence of operations and scheduling work to be performed from tool design drawings. In addition, Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Working as a Fixture Builder typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     Job Title : Manufacturing Assembler

    Location : Evansville, WY

    Shift : Immediate Openings on Night Shift

    Night Shift 6 : 45 p.m. - 7 : 00 a.m.

    Starting Pay : $ 17.61 plus $1.00 Shift Differential

    This is an entry-level position in the Reel Building department. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities.

    Mainly responsible for assembling the reel according to the standard work instructions all while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.

    Job Duties :

    • Reviews the production schedule and determines the reels required to maintain production on the shift.
    • Builds / Assembles reels from the return reel inventory required to maintain production.
    • Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
    • Follows all safety requirements for the position and all company safety guidelines.
    • Completes appropriate paperwork to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
    • Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    • Your ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, as well as the ability to push and pull pipe coils.
    • Your ability to work most of the time indoors on the plant floor, with heat, dust, and noise and work some of the time outdoors in any weather condition.
    • Your ability to remain in a stationary, standing position 80-100% of the time. Must be able to squat, bend, or stoop as much as 25% of the time on some days
