Position Overview
The Repair Technician Supervisor will oversee and manage the repair operations of the selected branch location. This position will also be responsible for completing repairs in a timely manner and up to Proformance standards, for all trades. Responsible for answering warranty emails, as well as emails from builders on repairs and punch work. Repair Tech Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling all repairs with builders, homeowners, and subordinate repair technicians.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warranty requests from Warranty and Branch management.
- Lead & manage all repair technicians.
- Responsible for all scheduling and follow up for all repairs.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Maintain 48hr turnaround for all repairs, with builders and Homeowners.
- Work with branch management in operations and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve repair issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Have weekly meetings and training with repair technician team.
- Maintain branch repair technician email for repairs.
- Weekly audits of Skedulo to confirm all repair technicians are conforming with SOP requirements.
Safety Management
- Ensure safety compliance for all repair technicians while on site.
- Resolve internal conflicts, present ideas clearly, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Enforce safety protocols, training programs, and risk management strategies to create a culture of safety across all job sites within a branch.
Training & Development
- Develop and mentor repair technicians, build individual growth for each team member.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and employee engagement.
- Assist the branch management in recruiting, on-boarding, and training new team members within a branch.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of installation quality, timeliness, and customer interaction/satisfaction are maintained within the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive, ongoing rapport.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between warranty and branch management.
- Address builder inquiries and resolve field operations issues promptly.
Pay
$50,000-$60,000
