Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Pivot Builder and Solar Builder. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of state-of-the-art irrigation and solar systems, playing a vital role in advancing sustainable agriculture practices.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble pivot irrigation systems according to specifications and blueprints.
• Install and maintain solar panels and related equipment for agricultural applications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with irrigation and solar systems as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, preferably in irrigation or solar installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical charts and diagrams.
